Please contact us with any questions or issues concerning your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from delivery or point of sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it,  in the original packaging without damage.

Non-returnable items:

  • Straws/ Bombillas
  • Final Sale & Clearance items
  • Samples

Backorders:

If you ordered a product available on backorder, your order has been placed in a shipping queue and will be shipped as a complete order, once the item becomes available. If you would like the item to ship separately,  the the backordered item must be placed on a separate order.  If  you would like to adjust your order after it has been placed, please contact us to do so and we will be happy to help  you.

If you would like to cancel the backordered product on your order, please contact us an we will be happy to help you.

MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCT:

If you were shipped an incorrect item based on your order or an item is missing , please contact us immediately. We will do our best to expediently ship you the correct item or refund the item if preferred.

QUALITY ISSUE:

We have to upmost confidence in our products and the triple point inspection of our teas. For this reason, in the rare event a quality control may arise, we will expediently replace the selected tea or allow you to choose new item.  We are confident that we will exceed your expectations, but we want you to know we are here to make it right if you need us.If you were shipped an incorrect item based on your order or an item is missing , please contact us immediately. We will do our best to expediently ship you the correct item or refund the item if preferred.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS:

For all other orders that fall within our 15 day policy and are eligible for return, please complete our return request form below.

Once the return request form is approved, you will be issued a return shipping address and the returning party will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please select a tracking option in order to verify the return of your item.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Then we will notify you of the status of approval based on adherence to our approval guidelines. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed for the original method of payment.
