Shipping & Returns

Note on natural products:

Please allow for color and texture variations across our product line. We only use organic, recyclable, reusable or compostable material and water based inks. For this reason not all products will be identical and the vibrancy of our product labels may fade based on exposure.

 

In our premium tea cans we wrap the tea in compostable paper to ensure maximum freshness. As the tea is packed to give you the highest quantity per package, you may see a small amount of natural oils from the leaves, petals or roots that is absorbed by the paper or the kraft seal. This is a natural process and not indicative of any defect or external moisture,

 

Order Processing:

We ship orders within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. All orders are packed in either a compostable mailer, which will decompose in your garden with 3-6 months or in a 100% recyclable box from sustainable forest programs. We only use biodegradable tape where necessary.

Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email. Please contact us if this is not received.  You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping:
There are currently 2 shipping options available. We quote in business days to factor in holidays, potential weather delays and remote locations. We will contact you if there are any delays beyond our quoted delivery time frames, or if you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska and your order is over 20 lbs in the event your shipping quote may need to be adjusted.

ECO.

(1 to 8 business days estimated delivery, based on location and weight)

Our Eco shipping option is 100% carbon neutral. This means that 100% of the carbon dioxide that was emitted into the atmosphere to deliver your package is offset through Net Zero, Carbon Neutrality programs.

 

EXPRESS.

(3-5 business days delivery, based on location and weight) Our Express option gets your package to your location the fastest. Though it is not 100% carbon neutral, we do contribute to reducing carbon emissions annually through our Make a Stir Program.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING ALERTS:

Please allow for additional order processing time during the winter holiday season. We will place shipping alerts at the top of our homepage when processing times are affected.

AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER:

If you receive an “Available on Backorder” alert when adding an item to your cart,  that means that the product is available, but requires additional processing time to be made retail ready.  It is currently in the blending, packaging or inspection phase and will shortly be added to inventory. For our products that are only produced in limited quantities due to the exotic nature of the ingredients, we allow them to be purchased on backorder to create a shipping queue.

Any products that are in a prolonged backorder stage or out of stock due to the accessibility of materials (exotic nature of ingredient, season, quality, artist availability) will be removed from our web inventory. They will not be available to be placed on backorder.  You can always contact us to place a special order for these items.

All of our teas, candles, bath products ceramics and scent satchels are handcrafted by our artisans. Our teas also go through a thorough triple point inspection. To provide you with the best quality and the most sustainable packaging, our manufacturing time may fluctuate on certain products based on the accessibility of 100% organic ingredients or compostable material.

RETURNS:

We have the upmost confidence in our testing and inspection processes. We work hard to ensure you have the best quality, aroma, and taste. For this reason, we will gladly accept returns within our policy time frame to accommodate situations in which this is necessary.
